How do we get better in the Off-Season?
As our seasons wind down it is time to think about off-season training.
For #commuinitybaseball this off-season we have a number of programs available.
1. ONE Day a week training - Join your team on Sundays for 1.5 hours of concentrated development. In conjunction with your community coach, we will develop a customized team training solution aimed at improving the baseball skills of the team. Skills will be focused on hitting, defense, armcare/pitching. We will utilizing the various tools available to our athletes to prepare them for the 2022 season.
2. 2 Day a week - 1.5 hours of baseball skills development. An additional night of strentgh and athleticism training with coach Steven and staff.
3. 3 Day Training - for our high school athletes ONLY this program is designed to be ready for spring try-outs in January.
Three day a week support. 1 day baseball skill specific. 2 days S&A training. All High School programs end in January.
2 DAY OFF-SEASON TRAINING
Sunday 1.5 Hour team development session.
Mid-week strength and conditioning with Steven.
3 DAY PER WEEK OFF-SEASON TRAINING
High School ONLY
This session is for High School athletes that need off-season support to be prepared for January Tryouts. This session includes 1.5 hours per week of dedicated baseball training. Two (2) fortyfive (45) minute S&C workouts with coach Steven and team.
This program lasts December and the first two weeks of January.

SPRING TRYOUT DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!!!
A portion of proceeds for ALL #communitybaseball events will be donated to the Mountain View Athletic Association for the growth of a stronger #communitybaseball system for all players from T-Ball to the Pros.
